POD er dokumentationsværktøjet til perlscripts og moduler. Det er ikke som LaTeX eller DocBook, der noget komplekse, men derimod simpelt og let at bruge. POD indsættes direkte i scriptet eller modulet og kan herfra konverteres til man-sider, HTML eller andet.

Documenting Perl scripts and modules with POD

POD is the documentation tool for Perl scripts and modules. It is not like LaTeX or DocBook which is quite complex, but simple and easy to use. POD is inserted directly into the script or module and then converted to man pages, HTML or other formats.
