Registration Saturday
After completing registration, we will bid you welcome - and give out various practial information.

Goodmorning Sunday
Not all attendees are with us both days, so Sunday we will start with practical information and updates.

Breaks both days
During the breaks you are welcome to use the common areas, get some coffee and also WLAN network will be available.

Lunch both days
We will have food brought in from an external caterer, menu will follow shortly. If you have any special requirements, please contact us as soon as possible.

Presentations
These are normal presentations where audience is seated and a speaker presents an accepted topic. The speaker controls this session and manages the time used for presentation and questions.

Lightning Talks
We have a few lightning talks on the programme already, but more lightning talks are welcome and we will accept lightning talks until lunch on the 28th.

The lightning-talks will be held on a first come, first served basis.

BOFs
BOFs are semi-improvised sessions where people meet and discuss an agreed topic. We will provide a room and a BOF announcement wall for this.

BOFs will be held in auditorium M4 which will be split into 3 separate rooms.
